It is July 11, 1995. A Tuesday.

Derek shows up at 11 at Tamara's with flowers. He apologizes, and does emphasize how important retrieving the item is. Tamara jumps his bones, aiming to give him a hickey for his current girlfriend to find.

Later that night, Astrid is awoken by Lord Z who has sensed ripples from an artifact near Astrid. It's potent enough that Lord Z could sense it from Sequim. It is southwest of Astrid, possibly in Magnolia?

Hugo is having a dream about a place with plants, but the plants are withered but also electrical. In the distance, sad wolves are howling.

Early on the 12th (Wednesday) at 7 am, Gunny is called by Johan who needs a babysitter for a "sleepover" for his daughter.

Astrid calls people at a reasonable hour to get help with the ripple thing, planning on going to investigate around 6 pm.

The group convenes at Gunny's to wait for the daughter to fall asleep before heading out and head out to Magnolia and Discovery Park. Tamara notices there's a Correspondence and Life anomoly coming from the lighthouse in Discovery Park. Gunny detects some Life and Spirit weirdness. There is also some Prime stuff that Hugo picks up. There's slightly higher than normal Entropy for Astrid.

As the group sneaks forward, they hear wolves. Gunny can tell that they are Garou, and recognizes the voice of one of them. Hugo scries on the location and can see that there is a rift in the air very similar to the one they encountered before, only more mechanical looking. The group decides to approach, presenting as mages and assuming the werewolves are also mages. Gunny changes her shape and scent to hide her identity.

The werewolves "pretend" to be mages. Hugo and Astrid go through, and it evocative of Hugo's dreams. Looking at it, this could be a place to rehome the Mother and lock her in.

The mages explain to the werewolves their plan. The werewolves "confess" they aren't mages. The Mother accepts the new place. The ritual goes off without a problem. Tamara gives her contact info to the Garou that she found the most sexy.
